"Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me" (Faith)

Faith is what gives us hope that there will be a better tomorrow, no matter how bad the day has gone for you. Faith is empowering and enables us to have strength in all situations.
There are times when we've all felt like we should give up; that we can't go on; that the task before us is too hard and we can't complete it. But this isn't true. When we have faith, all things are possible.
"Do all things through Christ who strengthens me" speaks these words the clearest. When we rely on Christ for help, we can achieve our goals no matter how impossible or unattainable they may seem.
In our spiritual lives, we face challenges. All of them require faith, no matter what they are. Though some require more than others. And some require more than just faith.
Our Heavenly Father, though, will never give us something that is far too hard for us. Sometimes we have to reach deep within ourselves to find the power we need. Prayer is a way to help with this. When we rely on God for help, it helps us as well. We must humble ourselves and realize that we cannot do everything on our own. That we need God's help. He is our Heavenly Father and loves us very much. He is always willing to help us. Sometimes this does require asking Him for help. Not all things in life are just given to you, some things you have to ask for. There are so many trials we face in life and all of them come down to one thing. Faith.
For me, currently, I have to have faith that my Heavenly Father will help me become a better person and enable me to one day serve Him as a missionary. For now though, I need to concentrate on being a better person. This I can do through faith by prayer for help.
One example would be that more than likely Elder Eberle will be getting a new companion. I will most certainly need my Heavenly Father's help to eradicate my bigotry against this new companion and actually give him a chance. I don't know what he will be like. Also, it is not our place to judge a person. That is God's place and God's place alone.
All we can do it try to be the best person we can be. And we can do this through the strength of Christ and the help of our Heavenly Father.
